I Know It’s Only November…

But it’s our first Christmas together in our new home. First Christmas since we both moved out. First Christmas for the kitten. And I’m excited and bought a tree.

Here is the tree:

I don’t think it looks too bad for a first attempt. We’ll get some lights for it soon enough too.

Bear also wants lights for the window.

This is our tree topper, though:

So yes, we are totally ready for Christmas early…

But that’s a good thing because it means less to do/worry about spending. And let’s face it, I haven’t really got a lot to spend. We’ll be cosy and together and happy, though. And I think that’s what this is about now. It’s become a more secular celebration of loving each other than a religious one.

In other news, I revamped my tumblr profile page and my about me on here. Apparently they were terribly out of date and I’d totally forgotten to swap them. I think I need to write a list of ‘about’ pages so that when it comes to swapping in new content I won’t forget a single one. My number of social media etc pages seem to be growing daily too!

My book, Desecrated Bonds, is still not available on Kobo or WHSmith any more though. I’m highly disappointed in this, but I guess there’s sadly nothing I can do.

At least it’s still up there on Smashwords and Amazon. I even added a couple more links on the book page so you can find it at even more online stores. How great is that?

And here’s a word bubble of most used words in Breaking Cadence so far:

I also intend to continue [Hunter’s In The House], my flash fiction from the previous week, which also continues on from [Fangs In The Snow].

But first, I must finish this next chapter of Breaking Cadence. I’m determined she’ll be done soon!
