And the little one said, “Miaow!”
The little one in this scenario is my cat who likes to announce the morning to us now that there are no other cats and dogs to do so. As you may be aware, there has been a lot of upheaval in my life recently with moving out for the first time with my partner and starting a new job.
Today is a day off from work, which means I can get on to writing and updating my blog for the first time in what seems like an age.
Unfortunately, our internet still hasn’t arrived thanks to the geniuses at BT (incidentally, we’re not actually getting our broadband from BT and yet they can still cause us problems apparently). This means that I’m currently using a dongle to get online… which is not fun.
Anyway, hopefully we’ll get everything electrical sorted out soon and I can get back to how things used to be – updating you properly and whatnot. Until then, I’m afraid you’ll have to do with a less than fully here presence. Sorry about that.
There are so many other things for us to sort out too; not least is the fact my car needs stuff doing to it (again!) and its MOT is due in the next fortnight or so. I feel I may have to start befriending mechanics if this goes on or just downgrade to a bicycle.
